The prize pool
A fixed contribution from each entry feeds the prize pool. The pool grows with every runner who confirms their spot. Once registration closes (July 31), the pool is consolidated and officially announced on August 2 — seven days before the race — along with the podium breakdown.

Symbolic recognition (no cash, 1st edition)
